What we do
We coordinate medical travel: we arrange hospital appointments, provide patient escorts, translate medical documents, help with insurance and travel, and support recovery. We are a service company, not a medical institution.
What we do not do
We do not diagnose, we do not give medical advice, and we do not perform treatment. Every clinical decision is made by the licensed doctor and hospital treating you, under the standards of that hospital and the law of the People's Republic of China.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for the accuracy of the contact details on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Prices and payment
Prices we publish are indicative ranges drawn from public hospital price lists, not quotations. A binding price is given to you in writing before you commit to anything.
Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital. Our coordination fee is quoted separately and in writing. We do not mark up hospital invoices.
Cancellations and refunds
Hospital fees follow the hospital's own policy, which is passed to you before you book. Our coordination fee is refundable if the hospital declines your case or if you cancel before we have booked anything.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for arranging what we promise: the appointment, the escort, the translation, the paperwork. We are not responsible for clinical outcomes, which are entirely in the hands of the treating hospital, nor for outcomes that depend on a patient following medical instructions.
Visa and travel
We provide invitation letters and advice. We are not a guarantee of a visa outcome, and we are not responsible for costs arising from a refused visa.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shanghai.
