Insurance & billing support
Direct billing with international insurers, and the paperwork for reimbursement when your policy requires it.
The gap between what an insurer agrees to pay and what a hospital actually charges is where patients lose money. That gap is usually administrative, and it is usually closable.
Before you travel we check what your policy actually covers, including exclusions, pre-existing condition clauses and whether a Shanghai public hospital is on your provider list. Some policies will not cover a public tertiary hospital — better to know before you buy a flight.
If direct billing is not available, we assemble the claim file exactly as your insurer requires: itemised invoices, medical reports, translated documents and the doctor’s notes insurers ask for.
