About us
Shanghai Anleva Care has guided patients from over twenty countries through medical treatment in Shanghai. We started small, accompanying friends and family. We stayed because the need was real and the care deserved to be better organised.
Why we exist
Patients were arriving with the right diagnosis and the wrong expectations. Hospital systems here work well, but not in a language most travellers read. Information lived in doctors' mouths, and it never reached the family at home.
So we built the layer that was missing: a coordinator who reads the file, knows which department fits, stands beside the patient in the room, and writes down what was actually said — in the patient's own language.
Today that is a small, licensed team of escorts, translators and coordinators. We are not a hospital and we never give medical advice. We make the system understandable.
